FAQ

Licensing, KYC and on-chain — answered

The questions every serious operator asks us in the first call. If yours isn't here, drop it in the brief below.

KYC / AML
You own the policy — we build the rails.

Sumsub / Veriff / Jumio integrations, tiered thresholds, sanctions and PEP screening, full audit trails. Thresholds and accepted documents are set by your compliance officer, not us.

Wallets & on-chain
Custody stays where your license requires.

Custodial hot/warm/cold splits with automated sweeps, or non-custodial connect-wallet flows via wagmi/viem, Solana adapter and TonConnect. We never hold player funds.

Compliance note

Casino Stack Labs designs and builds gaming products; we are not a licensing authority, law firm, or financial regulator. Licensing, KYC thresholds, AML policy, tax and player-fund custody are the operator's responsibility and must be reviewed with qualified legal and compliance counsel in each jurisdiction you serve. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
