We're a design and engineering agency, not a law firm — but we work alongside your legal counsel and licensing agents. We've shipped operators licensed in Curaçao (GCB), Anjouan, Costa Rica and Isle of Man, and we structure the product so it can pass audits in those regimes. For regulated markets (UKGC, MGA, Ontario), we scope stricter controls up front — geofencing, responsible gambling tooling, third-party RNG/GLI-certified game feeds, and auditable logging.

How do you handle KYC and AML?

Accepted Answer

We integrate tiered KYC — typically Sumsub, Veriff or Jumio — with configurable thresholds by deposit volume, jurisdiction and payment rail. AML rules run server-side: velocity checks, sanctions/PEP screening, source-of-funds triggers on large withdrawals, and case management for your compliance team. All decisions are logged with a full audit trail. Actual thresholds and required documents are set by you and your compliance officer, not us.

Which chains and wallets do you support?

Out of the box: BTC (on-chain + Lightning), ETH and EVM L2s (Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon), Solana, Tron (USDT-TRC20) and TON. We support custodial hot/warm/cold splits with automated sweeps, as well as non-custodial "connect wallet" flows via wagmi/viem and Solana wallet adapter. Adding a new chain is usually 1–2 weeks depending on tooling maturity.

Custodial vs non-custodial — which should we pick?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your license, market and product. Custodial cashiers are simpler for players, easier to reconcile, and required by most regulators. Non-custodial ("wallet-in") flows suit crypto-native audiences and on-chain originals, and reduce your custody surface. Most of our clients ship custodial for fiat-adjacent rails and non-custodial for on-chain originals — we can help you decide during discovery.

Question 5

How do provably fair and on-chain games work?

Accepted Answer

For classic originals (crash, dice, plinko, mines) we use a commit-reveal scheme with server seed hash, client seed and nonce — verifiable by any player after the round. For fully on-chain games we use Chainlink VRF (or an equivalent verifiable RNG) so the randomness is settled by the chain, not the operator. Third-party slot and live dealer feeds rely on the provider's GLI/BMM-certified RNG.

How do you handle self-exclusion and responsible gambling?

Every build ships with deposit/loss/session limits, reality checks, cool-off and self-exclusion, plus optional integration with GamStop, GamCare, BetBlocker and jurisdiction-specific registers where required. Limits are enforced server-side and cannot be reduced without a cool-off window.

We build and hand over. We can stay on for a managed live-ops retainer covering deploys, monitoring, incident response and provider updates, but we don't hold your operator license or your player funds — you (or your platform partner) do.
